We stand behind our product. If you're not completely satisfied with BusinessReviewBot, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
This guarantee applies to:
- First-time customers only
- Both monthly and annual plans
- Your first payment only (not renewals)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at tate.reynolds@doanything.com
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide your account email and reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
- We'll process your request within 5-7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know:
- Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Annual Plans: Cancel anytime. You'll retain access until the end of your annual term.
- No Cancellation Fees: We never charge cancellation fees.
- Data Export: You can export your data before cancelling.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log into your dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation

Refunds After 30 Days
After the 30-day guarantee period:
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Technical issues caused by our platform may qualify for prorated refunds
- Service outages exceeding our SLA may qualify for credits or refunds
No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Violations of our Terms of Service
- Account suspensions due to fraudulent activity
- Failure to cancel before renewal (but we'll cancel future charges)
- Services already rendered after the 30-day period
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
